Short-term loans for a cash gap
A Hong Kong enquiry for a short-term cash need. The term can be as short as one day, but only in writing. There is no published daily rate card.
A bridge is still a debt
People use this phrase for a loan they expect to clear quickly, because a receipt or a transaction is already in sight. It is still a debt. If the receipt is not actually in sight, or the plan depends on borrowing again, it should not be called a bridge.
A term with China Prestige Capital can be as short as one day, and there is no single fixed term. That sentence means a term may be short. It does not publish a daily rate, and it does not approve every enquiry received on a given day. Rate, fees, and term are in that case’s writing. APR must not exceed 48%.
A short term makes fees louder
Borrowing for ten days and paying a fixed fee first can make the fee a large share of the principal, even when the nominal rate looks low. Compare by subtracting principal from the total you repay, then look at how many days you actually used. Do not look only at an advertised daily or monthly rate. The HK$20,000 example is a 12-month, no-fee illustration. It is not your short-term quote.
Ask the writing to state how much, when it is repaid, whether you may repay in the middle, whether the fee is once or daily, and what happens if you are late. Without those items, do not sign because it is “only a few days”.
A plan that waits for one receipt needs a backup
If repayment depends on one invoice or one deal, ask what happens if the other side pays late or the deal is cancelled. One source and no buffer turns a short debt into arrears quickly. The document’s late-payment terms apply. They do not relax because you originally meant the loan to be short.
Do not treat money you have not received as principal already repaid. Until it arrives, the debt remains.
Charging a home for a few days is often the wrong scale
Documents, solicitors, and default consequences can outweigh a few days or weeks of cash. Unless you already accept the security risk, look at whether an unsecured personal loan fits the period better. A personal loan can still be declined because the repayment source is too uncertain.
A second mortgage on a flat that already has a bank mortgage stacks the new payment on the bank payment. Even if you plan to clear the second mortgage quickly, the overlapping weeks still have to be affordable.
Twenty-four-hour enquiry is not twenty-four-hour approval
The header line means you can leave an enquiry at any time. Checking and assessment still follow. A message at night demanding a transfer is not a fast approval. Treat it as suspicious and call 3622 2934.
The more urgent the gap, the less you should skip the writing. Urgency is a common reason brokers charge a fee. You have to repay your loans. Don’t pay any intermediaries.

The HK$20,000 example on this site is illustrative only: monthly flat rate 0.052%, APR 1.15%, 12 months, no handling fee, monthly interest HK$10.4, total repayment HK$20,124.8. Your rate, amount, and term are assessed individually and confirmed in writing.
Sending an enquiry, or reading an article, is not an approval. A second mortgage or owner loan is secured on property. Default may lead to enforcement and sale. Obtain your own legal advice before signing any security document.
