Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the website operated by China Prestige Capital (中國駿匯資本). They are written in English. They are the operative website terms. They are not a loan agreement, and they are not legal advice.

1. Who we are

China Prestige Capital is a moneylender licensed in Hong Kong under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap. 163). Licence number: 1848/2025. Office: Flat 2701, Island Centre, 470 Reclamation Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Enquiry and complaint hotline: 3622 2934.

We are not a bank, a deposit-taking company, or an asset manager. Nothing on this website asks you to place money with us for investment.

2. Information is not an offer

Pages describing a second mortgage, a property owner loan, or a personal loan are invitations to enquire. They are not an offer of credit, not a commitment to lend, and not a quotation. Submitting the form, or opening WhatsApp, does not mean an application has been approved.

Any facility, if one is offered, will be set out in writing after an individual assessment. Until that writing exists, you should not rely on a conversation, a webpage, or an example figure.

3. Interest, term, and the published example

Under the Money Lenders Ordinance, the effective annual interest rate on our loan products does not exceed 48%.

The products do not have one fixed repayment period. The shortest period starts from one day.

The following example is illustrative only. Final approval depends on the actual circumstances of the applicant:

• Loan amount: HK$20,000.
• Interest: a flat monthly rate of 0.052%, stated as an APR of 1.15%.
• Calculated on a 12-month term, with no handling fee.
• Monthly interest: HK$10.4. Total amount payable: HK$20,124.8.

That example is not your rate, your term, or your total. Your figures, if a loan is offered, will be different unless an authorised written confirmation says otherwise.

4. Intermediaries

Borrowed money has to be repaid. Do not pay an intermediary. We do not ask you to pay a broker, introducer, or other third party as a condition of a loan. If someone claiming to act for us asks for such a payment, stop contact and call 3622 2934.

5. Your enquiry

You agree that the name, phone number, loan type, amount, property address where the form asks for one, and notes you submit are yours to give and are not misleading on purpose. A second-mortgage or owner-loan enquiry is about a loan that may be secured on the property at that address. If repayments are later missed, security over a property can be enforced, including by sale. Submitting the form does not create that security and is not a mortgage offer. We may telephone the number you provide. You must not include an identity-card number, a bank password, or another person's personal data in the free-text note.

We may refuse, pause, or close an enquiry without giving a reason that would compromise fraud prevention or another person's data.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• probe, scrape, or overload the site, or bypass the WhatsApp or enquiry checks;
• use the site to send malware or unlawful content;
• impersonate us, or impersonate a customer; or
• copy the site for a competing moneylender page.

7. Intellectual property

The horse device, the CPC word mark, page text, and layout are owned by China Prestige Capital or used with permission. You may read and share links. You may not copy the logo or reproduce substantial parts of the site for commercial use without written consent.

8. Third-party services

WhatsApp, human verification, the third-party cloud host, network protection, and — if you accept cookies — analytics and advertising tools are operated by other parties. A map link, if you choose it, leaves this site. Their terms apply once you leave, or once their tool loads. We are not responsible for outages of those services.

9. Liability

The site is provided for general information and enquiries. We take care to keep regulatory wording accurate, but we do not promise that every page is free of error or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an example, from a failed transmission, or from a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Hong Kong law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Fraud

We will not ask you, in an unsolicited message, to transfer money or to disclose banking passwords. If you are unsure that a communication is from us, call 3622 2934 before you reply. The Traditional Chinese fraud warning in the footer of every page is part of our public notice to customers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms for website use. A change to these website terms does not change a loan agreement you have already signed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may also seek urgent relief in another court if that is necessary to protect the site or our marks.
